These terms are the agreement between you and OxyMoon ("we") for using BankGeeks AI. By installing or using the app, you accept them. They are written to be read. If something is unclear, write to hello@oxymoon.net.
1What the app is
BankGeeks AI reads the transaction messages your banks and wallets send to your phone, and turns them into a view of your money: balances, spending, what is coming, and what you can spend. Everything happens on your phone, as the privacy policy describes.
2What the app is not
- It is not a bank, and it is not connected to your bank. It cannot see your account directly, and it cannot move money, make payments or change anything with your bank.
- It is not financial advice. Its numbers, forecasts and suggestions are information to help you think, not recommendations. Decisions about your money are yours.
- Its numbers come only from the messages it can read. A message that never arrived, was deleted, or used an unusual format can make a balance or a total wrong. Before an important decision, check with your bank.
3Your part
- Use the app on your own phone, with your own messages and accounts.
- Keep your phone secure. Anyone who can unlock it can open the app, unless you turn on the app lock.
- Backups and statements you export are files under your control. Keep them somewhere safe.
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
4Pro
- Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play: $1.99 a month or $15 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Google Play shows the price in your local currency and may add taxes.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Play Store › Payments & subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play, under its own terms and refund policy.
- A copy installed outside Google Play gets Pro free for 7 days, then points you to Google Play.
- The free features keep working with or without Pro.
5The app and its content
- The app, its design and its content belong to OxyMoon. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it on your own devices.
- Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, and do not reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
- The on-device AI model is made by a third party. It is downloaded from Hugging Face and comes under its own open-source license.
6No guarantee
We work hard to make BankGeeks AI accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors, that it will read every bank's messages, or that it will always be available.
7Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, OxyMoon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the app's numbers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
8Changes and ending
- We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
- You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Because your data lives only on your phone, uninstalling removes it.
9Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights the law of your country gives you.

These terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
